Winter is sitting all over the country, including the capital. But to lead our life we have to go outside for our daily work.
However, to reduce cold, some food can help you largely and keep your body warm. So let’s not know about those foods-
Chili: - Chili contains a component called capsaicin which gives a feeling of irritation to the skin and keeps the body warm in winter.
Onions: - Onions have a major role to make you sweat. Onions keep the body warm as well as get rid of many winter diseases.
Ginger Tea: - One cup of ginger tea is the easiest way to keep yourself warm in winter. After drinking this ginger tea, you will understand the difference; definitely, you can feel hotter than previous.
Turmeric: - Turmeric has antiseptic elements it contains some materials that make the cold in winter less. So, in the winter, you may use turmeric in all the food items.
Spicy Soup: - Hot spicy soup on a winter evening helps keep the body warm and also helps to nourish herbs.
Spices: - Spicy cooking keeps the body warm. But it should not be eaten with too much spicy food. Heating the body can harm your health. Therefore, you should drink water in proportion to spicy foods.
Dried fruits: - dates, apricots and other dried fruits keep your body warm and normal.
Red meat: - Cucumber and beef help to increase body temperature. However, it should not be consumed in excess.
