Smartphone hacking via the vulnerability of third-party apps increases. UK-based phone case company Case24.com has discovered that iPhone owners are a whopping 167 times more at risk of being hacked than other mobile brands.

They gathered the data by analyzing monthly Google search volumes to see how many British people are looking to find information on how to hack different apps or smartphone brands.
Case24.com claims that a total of 10,040 searches for iPhones in Britain are notably higher than Samsung that came in second place with 700 searches. LG, Nokia, and Sony are at the top of the list of lowest interest. Apps that posed a lower risk of being hacked were Facebook, Amazon, and Netflix.
