Tea Cider reduce your weight

To reduce the excess weight of our body we do physical exercise or maintain dieting. Besides, dieting drink tea cider could help you to reduce your desired weight. Let’s know how to make tea cider:  

Ingredients:
Apple juice1 cup, star anise 2 pieces, tea bag 2 pieces, cinnamon 1 piece, cloves, lemon leaf 2 pieces.
Recipe:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil it well. When water will boil keep it in the tea bag for a while and serve the tea cider with a lemon leaf slice poured into the cup.
